The Ghana India Malayalee Association (GIMA) was formed in the year 2013, with the mission of bringing together all Malayalees in Ghana under one Umbrella.

The objectives of GIMA are:

To integrate Malayalees in Ghana into a cohesive community

To promote the interests and development of the Malayalee community in Ghana

To engage the Malayalee community in a wide range of activities, including cultural, educational, professional, social, sporting, welfare, and recreational events.

To preserve and propagate Malayalee heritage and culture into the new generation
